1. Our Respect for Copyright

AVPinDownloader ("we", "us", "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. Our website, avpindownloader.us, is a tool that helps users save publicly available Pinterest videos for personal use. We follow the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512, and respond to valid notices of claimed infringement.

2. How Our Service Works

We do not host, upload, store or publish any Pinterest videos or images on our servers. The videos belong to Pinterest or to the people who posted them. Our tool only finds a video that is already public on Pinterest and passes it to the user's device. Because we do not host the original content, we cannot remove it from Pinterest. If you want the original removed from Pinterest, please report it to Pinterest directly through their copyright process. What we can do is stop our tool from processing the specific Pin you report.

3. Filing a Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act for one, and believe your work is being copied through our service in a way that infringes your rights, please send us a written notice that includes all of the following:

1. Your full name, address, phone number and email address.
2. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or the person authorized to act for them.
3. A description of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
4. The exact Pinterest link (URL) of the Pin you want us to block, so we can find it.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Where to send it

We aim to review complete notices within 5 business days. Incomplete notices may be delayed or may not be acted on.

4. What We Do After a Valid Notice

• We review the notice and the link you provided.
• If it is valid, we block our tool from processing the reported Pin.
• We may contact the user or the person affected, where possible, to let them know.

5. Counter-Notification

If you believe a block was made by mistake or wrongly identified, you may send us a counter-notice that includes:

1. Your full name, address, phone number and email address, and your physical or electronic signature.
2. The link (URL) of the Pin that was blocked.
3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the block was a mistake or a misidentification.
4. A statement that you agree to the jurisdiction of the courts for your address, and that you will accept legal notices from the person who filed the original notice.

6. Repeat Infringers

In appropriate cases, we may restrict or block users who repeatedly misuse our service to copy content that they do not have the right to use.

7. Misrepresentation

Under section 512(f) of the DMCA, anyone who knowingly makes a false claim that content is infringing, or that a block was a mistake, may be responsible for damages, including costs and legal fees. Please make sure your notice is accurate before you send it.

8. Not Affiliated with Pinterest

AVPinDownloader is an independent website and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Pinterest, Inc. Pinterest is a trademark of Pinterest, Inc. This policy does not replace Pinterest's own reporting process.
